HOW IT WORKS?
Residential advance provides convenient way to apply for and recieve your commission advance
1. Reach out to our dedicated team to apply in minutes and get a quote
Provide a few details about yourself and the sale on which you would like to advance.
2. Upload a copy of following supporting documents:
a. An original check, marked as “Void”, with your name, financial institution, checking account number, and routing number.
b. A copy of your current, unexpired driver’s license.
c. A list from MLS evidencing your closed purchase transactions during the past 12 months.
d. A copy of the executed purchase agreement including all signed addendums.
e. List of current pipeline (active listings, other pending sales)
3. Sign agreement
Digitally review and sign your agreements via DocuSign.
4. Have your broker confirm the amount of the commission available for advance
An electronic authorization and consent will be sent to your Broker. Follow up with your Broker to make sure that they electronically sign the consent form.
5. Advance review
Account managers review the details of your request and confirm your transactions with the settlement company closing the sale.
6. Funding
Once your advance is approved, you can receive your funds in as little as the next business day!
